During the entire stay, visitors observe the usual principles of accommodation in the mentioned private accommodation facility /later only UZ/.
Use the exterior and interior of the UZ object only for the purposes of its use.
During the stay, it is necessary to observe all safety, hygiene and fire prevention measures. The customer is obliged to behave according to general ethical and moral rules.
It is possible to enter the exterior space of the building by private motor vehicles along the access road and park in the reserved outdoor parking lot.
From 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. it is necessary to observe the rules of night rest.
Before leaving the room, make sure that all lights are turned off, all faucets, windows and doors are closed, and all electrical appliances are turned off.
For safety reasons, it is not recommended to leave children unattended in the entire building.
Smoking is not allowed in the entire building.
For safety reasons, it is forbidden to use your own electrical appliances in the room, such as kettles, cookers...
Each visitor is responsible for personal belongings, money and other valuables kept during their stay at the University.
After the end of the stay and departure, every visitor is obliged to leave the interior of the room in the same condition as when he entered.
In the event of damage caused by improper use or damage due to negligence or intent, the visitor/or the responsible group/ is obliged to pay for this damage.
On the day of departure, the visitor vacates the room by 10:00 a.m.
Before leaving the UZ, the visitor is obliged to pay all agreed and unpaid items for accommodation, meals, or services provided.
