Nordic walking is absolutely for everyone. For children from five years to seniors in 100 years. For healthy for people with various illnesses. The curative and sports activities will improve blood circulation, relieves back pain and put a smile on your lips.Every day at the Marie's something going on.
This morning it was a Nordic walking lessons for guests for free.
Some Theory, correct posture and walk 60 minutes.

We started in the garden by introducing Nordic Walking with a warm-up
Then we explain the basic position.
They were with us the little children, so they came to a series of games that seized not only the youngest nordicwalker-ou :-)
