FAQ

1. There is a bath towel and a small towel for each bed in the rooms and in the apartment.

2. Each room has a double bed, an extra bed / sofa bed, or a armchair bed /.

3. Each room has a toilet and a shower with a sink. The bathroom has a hairdryer, liquid soap and shower gel from the Ille brand.

4. You can heat food and milk in the microwave for children in the dining room.

5. The apartments and studios have a kitchen with all the necessary cooking equipment, a refrigerator, a microwave and a kettle.

The rooms have a mini a refrigerator and a kettle.

6. Apartment, studio Pension = main building, Apartment, studio Dependance = adjacent building 15m away from the main one within the complex. Apartment has a separate bedroom, studio without a separate bedroom. One of the which studio pension 2+2 there are two types, one with a separate bedroom, the other without a separate bedroom. Please contact the reception if you are interested in the type of studio.

7. Check-in to the rooms is possible from 2:00 p.m., ideally until 6:00 p.m., from 6:00 p.m. after telephone agreement.

8. Each toilet is equipped with a child-sized toilet seat and a step to the sink.

9. If you have more than one room booked, we will try to accommodate you next to each other, but this is not always possible - for example, other clients' dates do not follow your stay, we have different room sizes and we try to fit the room to our clients ideally to their needs. As a rule, we reserve the largest possible rooms for you. In the case of purchase via e-shops, the room is of course guaranteed after purchase according to the offer.

10. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

11. If you forget something with us, we will store your items for 3 months, or we will send the forgotten item to your address by post for a fee of 5€.

12. We do not provide luggage storage before check-in and after check-out.

13. Early check-in and late check-out are charged according to the price list.
